The Oakland Quilted Jacket features low-profile thermal fill panels, an adjustable waist with snap closure for Women’s, and a water repellent finish fabric designed to keep you warm and dry. Both Men’s and Women’s styles feature classic flat rib curved collars with rib knit cuffs and hem on Men’s.
